What book/series do you think would make a better TV show than a movie?
I would pick the Vampire Academy movie. I like the series but I honestly thought the movie was a train wreck. I wasn't a fan of the casting, Rose is described as "semi exotic desert Princess" but Zoey Deutch doesn't fit that description, then the marketing campaign wasn't the best either, I had classmates think it was the promo for a porn movie but most of all the movie was very rushed and confusing for people who hadn't read the books.
I think that this would have been aeasier to explain all the things that happened in the book in weekly one hour episode than in 104 minutes.
