What is the biggest City you live Near (Or Interesting Landmark)

I live in Mexico City which is the largest city in Mexico population is estimated to be 8, 851, 080. I have a love hate relationship with this City, I love all the things I can do here, I mean I've lived here my whole life and I still haven't finished exploring but I hate that that it's so crowded and it's sadly warm most of the time .

But please let me show of this lovely place I call home:

If you find yourself visiting don't forget to go to the Chapultepec Forest, it has many trees, a lake the zoo and it even has it's own Castle, the only Royal Castle in North America, it housed an emperor once and it's currently an amazing museum. 

As for more natural landmarks I would recommend going to Puebla to be closer to the volcanoes Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl, both volcanoes are large enough to bee seen from Mexico City but they are located in another state. I'm especially fond of them because they look beautiful, they used to be a natural shield against invasion, they prevent tornadoes from forming but most importantly they have a legend based on them that you can read here

Overall I love living in a valley it gives you a great view the only con is that we get earthquakes at the most random times.

I have mixed feelings with the first book but I did like it enough to want to read the second one.

Monday Book Recommendations (4)

Monday is the day I choose what new books I’m going to start reading but I have so many books in my To Read Pile that sometimes it’s hard to decide so I have decided that on Monday mornings I’ll recommend my some of favorite books.

The Inheritance Cycle

I have to admitt this was one of those book I got because there was going to be a movie, so being the snob I am I got the book just so I could point out everthing wrong with the movie (P. S. almost everything) it surpised me that I really enjoyed the book but you can hardly go wrong with dragons. My only complaint was that inmy opinion many things were left unresolved but apparently the author might write another book for this series and other books set in Alagaesia.

What is your favorite tv series that you can watch over and over again on Netflix?

I have two go to series that I watch over and over are Friends and How I Met Your Mother. Both series are quite similar and I preffer the earlier seasons but they never fail to put me in a good mood.

Organizing E Books

I always see posts where people show how they organize their bookshelves but I’ve never seen anyone mention how they store their e-books.

I personally use Calibre E-Book Management, which is a wonderful app that allows you to store, convert organize you e books and many things more and it's 100% free.

There are many ways to display yout Library and ways to organize your books, I personally preffer having a cover browser and a list with the books info, I also like the books to be organized alphabetically by series.

I like how it's easy to use aand how well it works with my kindle and iphone but I have to say that my favorite feature is the converter you can choose from the basic .pdf, .mobi and epub to other formats I didn't even  know existed

I'm a huge fan of Ann Aguirre, after she finished her Razorland Trilogy I've been waiting for her to write something new and this is it.

This week is Top Ten Characters You Would Like To Have With You On a Deserted Island

Since I have zero survival skills, for nature at least I’m a pro for surviving the City, I’d probably need people or in this case characters that now how to survive in non ideal circumstances and perhaps someone important so that my odds of being rescued.

1)      Dimitri Belikov: It first I was going to choose Rose but considering that I’m in a deserted island I think I would need someone more levelheaded that Rose.

2)      Katniss Everdeen: She knows how to make the best out of every situation so I’d really want her with me.

3)      Hermione Granger: Magic and brains could come in handy when you are in the middle of nowhere

4)      Saphira: She is a dragon so she could probably fly my back to civilization.

5)      Prince Maxon: As the heir to a throne he is a person of interest so I think the world would make an effort to try and find us.

6)      Magnus Bane: He has magic and his disposal and a fun personality that would make the stay in the island more bearable.

7)      Sidney Sage:  She’s wicked smart so she could probably find a way to escape or survive.

8)      Gwyneth Shepard: She can travel thorough time so probably she could stop me from getting to the island in the first place.

9)      The Darkling: He's handsome and powerful and has an army that would hopefully do anything to get him back.

10)   The Black Dagger Brotherhood Warriors: Powerful, handsome, smart vampires; they’d probably wouldn’t be able to help much during the day but they could watch over me while I sleep.

I read the first book in the series in the 8th grade as part of an assignment for my World History Class and I fell in love with it so much that my parents had to buy me the complete series. It's not Young Adult it's Historical Fiction that showcases the french royal family 1300's; George R. R. Martin called it the original Game of Thrones.

Although the cover creeps me out a little bit I'm very interested in this new series, it has a very interesting premise.
